Veronica Mae is a dynamic speaker, coach, and former cabin crew with Virgin Atlantic, known for turning turbulence into triumph. With a background in teaching, and behaviour management – including time as a prison officer – Veronica brings a unique and powerful blend of lived experience, resilience, and charisma to every room she enters.
As the founder of Fly high futures designed specifically for young people, Veronica uses the metaphor of flight to inspire confidence, leadership, and life skills in the next generation. Through engaging workshops like “Prepare for Takeoff”, “Cabin Confidence”, and “First Class Futures”, she equips young people with the tools to rise above adversity and navigate their personal journeys with purpose and resilience.
Dyslexic and proudly neurodivergent, Veronica champions diversity and inclusion in everything she does. Her workshops don’t just teach soft skills – they elevate mindsets. With a signature blend of storytelling, interactivity, and real-life insight from the skies and beyond, she helps young people see their potential through a whole new lens. These workshops have been described as “the future of school workshops” due to their innovative, engaging and lasting impact on every student.
